On today's podcast I talk about a story that you might think is crazy, but no it's real. In North Texas, some drivers were asked to pull into a parking lot and asked for samples of their saliva or blood. Why? Because the federal government wants to study drunk and impaired driving. They said it was voluntary but that isn't how one driver felt.
