The Buddy Holly Center will present next month’s First Friday Art Trail.

The Center will be open on December 7th from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. free of charge.

The group will have their usual exhibits, in addition to Crafts, Etc., which is a biennial exhibition that celebrates the history of the American artisan through crafts. This year’s exhibit features woodworking, and will feature works of Lubbock artisans Olen Fortenberry and Lora Hunt, Spider Johnson of Mason, Texas, and J. Christopher White of Loveland, Colorado.

Currently on display in the Texas Musicians Hall of Fame Gallery is Walk of Fame II – The Crickets, which highlights individuals in the West Texas Walk of Fame. The exhibit includes photographs, artifacts, and memorabilia of The Crickets.

The Center will also have caroling from the West Texas Children’s Chorus, and will provide free refreshments and a cash bar.
