On Monday's Chad Hasty Show Scott Braddock, editor of Quorum Reportjoined Chad to discuss several issues in the news for Texas.

Braddock said, during the discussion over demands being made from many directions, including from the two Republican House members who were in the meeting, to have the entire recording released to the public,

As you and I have said repeatedly here on the show, if Empower Texas really is media, which they're suing to try to be, then they ought to act like media and publish the findings of what they say is their investigative journalism.

Braddock and Hasty also talked about Governor Greg Abbott's possible positions regarding new firearms legislation for Texas in the wake of the recent murders in El Paso, as well as the possibility of the state adopting so-called "red flag" laws in regard to gun ownership and purchases.
