BNSF Railway to Make Repairs to Railroad Crossing

On Monday, Dec. 17,  the Texas Department of Transportation will close the Marsha Sharp Freeway frontage road between Avenue L and Buddy Holly Avenue.

The closure will allow the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway to safety make repairs to the railroad crossing there. Work is scheduled to begin shortly after the Monday morning rush hour.

Crews will close the frontage road to both west and eastbound traffic. The frontage road will be reopened sometime Monday afternoon after work is completed.
