After a victory over the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday, Baylor Bears head coach Matt Rhule received a brand new contract extension, this one taking him through the 2027 football season.

Rhule was 28-23 in four seasons as Temple's coach in 2013-16. As Baylor's head coach, he's 12-17. In his first season for the Bears, Rhule went 1-11, then greatly improved the next season, winning seven games, including a bowl game.

The Baylor Bears take on the Kansas State Wildcats this Saturday, October 5th, with the game starting at 2:30 p.m.
