Bart Reagor Responds to Universal Underwriters Lawsuit

A lawyer for Bart Reagor filed a response on Tuesday after he was sued for around $2.5 million back in March.

Universal Underwriters claim that Reagor signed a personal guaranty for a $4.7 million debt, according to KAMC News. Reagor-Dykes filed for bankruptcy before the loan was paid off.

Bart Reagor accused Universal Underwriters of having a part in the things that happened to Reagor-Dykes. He asked the judge to throw out the lawsuit and make Universal Underwriters pay for legal fees.
