Bart Reagor and Rick Dykes Sued for $26 Million by IBC

Bart Reagor, Rick Dykes, and a few Reagor-Dykes companies that have yet to file for bankruptcy, were sued Wednesday by International Bank of Commerce.

According to KAMC News, Reagor, Dykes, and their companies borrowed $10 million back in 2017, and another $25 million in 2018.

IBC says that it foreclosed on a property to recover around $16 million, but is still owed around $26 million.

Reagor, Dykes, and the companies also apparently have overdrafts of $4.1 million.
