Republicans and Democrats are gearing up for another round of fights over stimulus checks for Americans. For now, Republican lawmakers say they want to cap who gets a check to those who make $40,000 a year or less.
While I understand why Republican lawmakers are going down that path, I seriously doubt the number will stay that low.
