The Alamo Roadshow will be making a stop in Lubbock on Wednesday at the Texas Tech National Ranching Heritage Center at 6 p.m. Staff from the Texas General Land Office will be in attendance to update everyone on the current preservation process and future plans for the Alamo. Roadshow presenters will also bring several artifacts from the Alamo for residents to look at.

The Alamo Roadshow also gives residents a chance at having their own Alamo artifacts appraised. Traveling with the Texas General Land Office will be historians and curators to help document and evaluate stories and artifacts from the Alamo.

The Alamo Roadshow will begin at 6 p.m. at the Ranching Heritage Center at Texas Tech.
