Abilene Man Sentenced to Six Years for Possession of Child Pornography

An Abilene man was sentenced to 78 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography on Friday, November 14.

In October of 2014, 29-year-old Justin Turncheck admitted to possessing elicit images in mid-2012 before U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings of the Northern District of Texas. Turncheck is in federal custody after violating conditions of his release in October.
