
Lubbock Man Pleads Guilty to Possession of Child Pornography
A Lubbock man faces up to 20 years in prison after entering a guilty plea to one count of prepubescent child pornography on Thursday, December 11.
Edward Cantillo, 43, used a computer to search online to view and download numerous files, both images and videos, and saved many files to a thumb-drive.
Cantillo faces a maximum statutory penalty of 20 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release.
U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings ordered a pre-sentence investigation report to be carried out before setting a sentencing date.
