We have spent a lot of time polling listeners on who they would like to see facing off against President Obama, but another important race is brewing. There is a U.S. Senate seat up for grabs in Texas, and four men are vying for the chance to become the next U.S. Senator. Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, who recently visited Lubbock, seems to be the favorite to win the election. However, Tea Party favorite Ted Cruz has come on strongly since the first debate and according to a recent news story actually leads Dewhurst 34%-31% among voters who know of Cruz. The other two candidates in the race are former Mayor of Dallas, Tom Leppert and Craig James. Leppert has name ID in the DFW area, but seems to have trouble breaking out beyond North Texas. James has yet to gain any traction in the race.

From what you know about the candidates, who are you more likely to vote for in the GOP primary?
