Texas Tech Offers $1 Ticket Deal to Basketball Fans Friday

Tech fans will have the chance to take advantage of a Christmas deal on tickets to a Friday basketball game. As part of the “12 Days of Christmas” Texas Tech head coach Billy Gillispie will sell 500 one-dollar tickets to the Tech vs. Southeastern Louisiana game at the United Spirit Arena.

The tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis on the west side of the United Spirit Arena at the street-level ticket booth beginning at 7pm, one hour prior to the game. Tech officials say a similar promotion Tuesday was a success worth repeating. The jump in attendance improved the home court advantage with Texas Tech beating Cal-State Bakersfield 74-58.
