Come by and add a scoop of Coconut Curry to your ice cream taco on this glorious Tuesday!

Just how spicy do you like your ice cream? That may seem like a strange question, but an ice cream maker in Fort Worth, Texas has what many think may be the state's craziest ice cream flavor.

Called Coconut Curry, this ice cream is made with toasted coconut and flaming curry, a spice usually reserved for hot Indian food, not cold, sweet ice cream. By the way, North Carolina stole our state's idea on the Coconut Curry. It's debatable who was first!

With summer dwindling and only a few more 90+ degree days on the radar, there is still time to get your ice cream on. (Honestly, what time of year isn't ice cream enjoyed?) Oh, and Blue Bell is coming back, but not near soon enough, as Lubbock is slated for phase 3 which will roll out in about a month.

Good Housekeeping's list of the craziest ice cream flavors by state also means a road trip to neighboring Oklahoma or New Mexico may be in order simply to try their unique blends of flavors.

New Mexico and the Irish usually don't go hand in hand, but New Mexico is home to the Guinness (yes, the beer) ice cream. Oklahoma is uniquely lame with their Fig and Balsamic ice cream. (I hate fig, and balsamic should be reserved for salad, preferably with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella.)

Or how about a longer trip to Washington for tomato sorbet? My favorite on the list is Wisconsin's Honey Jack and Coke.

Which one sounds most appetizing to you? Let us know in the comments.
