Senator Ted Cruz spoke in Lubbock on Saturday at the Texas Federation of Republican Women's convention. Before he gave his speech, Cruz spoke to the media and answered questions about his campaign, the media's involvement in GOP debates and the recent decision by President Obama to reject the Keystone XL Oil Pipeline.

Cruz said that if he's elected President, the Keystone Pipeline will be constructed.

"I intend to reverse the decision on Keystone Pipeline and approve it," Cruz said. "This decision this week by President Obama is yet another cynical political decision putting partisan interest ahead of the interest of working men and women."
