Congressman Randy Neugebauer easily survived a primary challenge, but does that mean most in West Texas approve of the job he is doing? We all know Congress as a whole is not popular but that doesn't always translate to individual members. Neugebauer is considered by many in Washington as one of the most conservative members of Congress. There is still no Farm Bill, and many in West Texas have criticized Neugebauer for taking a larger role in the Farm Bill. And of course, the fiscal cliff is still an issue.
