Would You Support a Rate Increase From LP&L? [POLL]

The Electric Utility Board will meet today and on the agenda is a rate increase. EUB members will discuss a 5.75% increase on the base rate at today's meeting. According to LP&L, the increase is part of a long term improvement plan that would raise the base rate by 5.75% each year for four years.
