West End Shopping Center will be holding a Grand Opening on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at West Loop 289 at 34th Street, featuring live music, Texas Tech's Masked Rider and more.

Current stores include Costco, Cabela’s, Marshall’s and HomeGoods with Nike, Dress Barn, Chipotle, Skechers, Torrid, GAP, and Banana Republic scheduled to open with a ribbon cutting at 10am.

The public is invited and there will be live music from Thomas Craig Elliot and the Joy Harris Jazz Trio. There will be food trucks on hand from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as a photo booth and children's activities.

Plus, there will be drawings every hour for gift cards to one of the West End stores.

You will also be able to get your picture taken with the Texas Tech cheerleaders, pom squad and the Masked Rider. The Texas Tech Band will play from noon to 2 p.m.

West End coordinators are also asking the community to help feed families during the holiday season and bring non-perishable food items to donate to the South Plains Food Bank. A donation will also mean an extra entry into the drawings.

Additional stores that will be open by the 1st Quarter of 2016 include Charming Charlie, DXL and Pie Five.
