Texas DPS seized 104 pounds of marijuana on Saturday (Feb. 10) during a traffic stop in Carson County.

At around 7:45 p.m., a DPS trooper stopped a sedan traveling east on I-40 for a traffic violation. DPS brought a K-9 unit on scene and found five cellophane bundles of marijuana worth around $631,000.

The driver, 40 year-old Saul Ahedo, and passenger, 45 year-old Sergio Grajales, were arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana. They were both booked into the Carson County Jail.
