TxDOT Offering Reward for Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive

The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a cash reward for information on a Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive.

31-year-old Paulo Sandalio Guillen is a known Tango Blast gang member from Austin, Texas, with connections in San Antonio and Houston. He's been sought by authorities since August of 2017.

He’s wanted for a parole violation and illegally possessing a firearm. In 2010, Guillen was convicted in Travis County of aggravated assault and burglary of a habitation.

Guillen stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has a tattoo of a star on the right side of his head and a teardrop on his upper right cheek.

Texas DPS is offering $7,500 for information leading to Guillen's arrest. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you have any information on Guillen's whereabouts, call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-8477. All tips called in are guaranteed to remain anonymous.
