A group selling beef jerky aims to provide it not only for Lubbockites, but for troops serving from our area.

On Saturday, January 14th, Townsquare Media stations KISS FM and FMX, Matador Beef Jerky, and Frito Lay will be supporting servicemen and women from the South Plains by participating in a donation drive at all Lubbock United Supermarkets.

Matador Beef Jerky will be set up inside the stores, and you can buy a package of their jerky to be sent directly to troops from West Texas serving both here and overseas. The Matador truck will also be making appearances with free samples, store coupons, and more.

The drive will run from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday.
