Texas Wines and Vines Festival Starts on Friday in Downtown Lubbock [AUDIO]

The second annual Texas Wines and Vines Festival gets underway this weekend. On Monday’s edition of the Chad Hasty Show, Kim McPherson of McPherson Cellars came on the show to talk about the festival.  The Texas Wines and Vines Festival will feature wine from 18 wineries, food from various vendors and live music. The Hub City Master Chef Competition will also be held at the festival.

The festival will be held on August 2^nd from 4pm–10pm and on August 3^rd from 12pm–10pm at McPherson Cellars on 1615 Texas Avenue. Tickets will be available at the door. This year, all entrance proceeds will go to Lubbock Meals on Wheels and the Texas Wine and Grape Foundation.
