A Lubbock Winery Is Bringing Back Its Popular Patio Nights
If you're looking for a fun way to sip back and relax, you're in luck. Starting one week from today on May 5th, McPherson Cellars is bringing back their regular patio nights.
In case you have missed out on these magnificent moments in the past, let me tell you, they are a great way to unwin(e)d.
Not only does McPherson Cellars have a spectacular outdoor space that's shielded from the West Texas wind, but each week they hand select a fantastic assortment of wines and bottles by the glass. Did we also mention that these award-winning wines are made with grapes grown right here on the Texas High Plains? It's hard to resist a drink that's rooted in Texas culture.
Beginning in May and continuing through August, you can enjoy the gorgeous West Texas weather, live music and, of course, deliciously refreshing McPherson Cellars wine at these happy hour events. They will also have a food truck available each week for those who want to indulge in dinner and drinks. Make sure to check out this local spot from 6 to 9 p.m. every Thursday night.
McPherson Cellars is located in downtown Lubbock in the converted historic 1930s era Coca Cola bottling plant. It's at the corner of Texas Avenue and 17th Street. Seats can fill up quickly so arrive early. If you have any questions about the patio nights, you can call their tasting room at (806) 687-9463 or check them out online:
