Texas Tech University and South Plains College have signed an agreement that will make it easier for South Plains College students to transfer to Texas Tech.

The Texan to Red Raider Program essentially guarantees SPC students admission into Texas Tech when they meet all the requirements.

The new agreement also allows SPC students to take up to 15 Texas Tech credit hours while earning at least 40 credit hours at South Plains College.

The Texan to Red Raider Program will also give participating students access to Tech athletic events and the the Tech Rec center. To learn more about the program, visit the SPC or Texas Tech website.
