Colleges and Universities around the State of Texas and throughout the nation are looking ahead to more "normal" times where more students can be in classrooms and fewer masks will be worn.

On Saturday, April 17th, South Plains College will be offering the Texas License to Carry a Handgun class in room 109C of the Law Enforcement Technology building on the Levelland campus.
Masks will continue to be required at all SPC campuses until further notice. Social distancing will also be required for all students, faculty and staff.
Lockney ISD has temporarily moved its high school to virtual learning, while Littlefield ISD has decided to keep its campuses open as both deal with potential COVID-19 outbreaks.
SPC's License to Carry course will be held October 17, 2020, at the SPC campus in Levelland. Registration will cost $75 and be limited to just 10 students.
