On the Tuesday edition of The Chad Hasty Show, Jerry Patterson spoke with Chad Hasty about his campaign for Texas Lieutenant Governor.

Patterson had some harsh words for fellow candidate Dan Patrick. In his ads, Patterson accused Patrick of hiring illegal immigrants to work at his kitchen about 30 years ago. He explained that, despite it being so long ago, it was still relevant because Patrick had been pushing anti-illegal immigration so much in his ads, and that Patrick was a hypocrite.

Patterson went on to say he did not support amnesty and denied voting for the "Robin Hood" school finance plan, as Patrick has allegedly claimed Patterson did in his ads. Patterson also shared his thoughts of other various issues affecting Texas, such as water, transportation, and education. He also discussed 2nd Amendment rights, and stated he was a big supporter of campus carry and open carry.

Polls will be open today until 7 PM.
