
Man Accused of Attacking ICE Agent Now on Texas Top 10 Fugitive List
The suspect in an attack on a police officer at an ICE detention center has recently been placed on the list of Texas' most wanted fugitives.
Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List Newest Addition
32-year-old Benjamin Hanil Song is now one of Texas’ most wanted fugitives following his alleged involvement in an attack on an ICE officer back on July 4 in Alvarado, TX.

The incident took place in Johnson County where warrants have been issued against Song for a multitude of charges, including aggravated assault on a public servant, aiding terrorism, and engaging in organized crime.
Song allegedly was involved in an attack on the detention facility where one officer was shot and wounded.
On top of the local warrants, a federal arrest warrant was issued against Song after he was charged with attempted murder of a federal officer and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.

In total, Benjamin Song is facing at least five charges, and the Texas Department of Public Safety has placed him on their list of Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives. They are even offering a $10,000 reward for anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of Song.
Rewards for Song's Arrest
The FBI is also offering their own $25,000 reward for additional information, so it's crucial that Song be discovered and placed in custody as soon as possible.
Authorities say he was last seen in Alvarado, TX, according to the Blue Alert issued on July 9.
Benjamin Song is considered armed and dangerous. He is not to be confronted. Instead, anyone with information on his whereabouts should immediately call 911 and report their discoveries.
