Man Arrested for Crimes Against Children Along Border

On Monday, December 22, border agents at the Veterans International Bridge in Brownsville sent 24-year-old Logan Alexander Tuckey, a U.S. citizen, to secondary inspection.

Through the use of biometric verification such as fingerprints and facial ID, officers were able to access the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and discover that Tuckey had an outstanding felony arrest warrant out of Whitfield County in Georgia.

The warrant was for sexual exploitation of children. Tuckey was then arrested and sent to Cameron County where he awaits final adjudication.
