Wildfires continue across parts of the South Plains, Big County, Permian Basin and Big Bend Sunday evening. The Salvation Army of Lubbock, for the past two days, has sent volunteers to Guthrie and Garza County to help the firefighters responding to those wildfires. Also, other Salvation Army chapters across Texas are helping too.
Extremely dry conditions and winds of over 60mph sparked grass and wildfires across the South Plains and Texas Panhandle on Sunday. Find out more after the jump.
