Adrian Tino Guerrero was sentenced Friday by U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings to 188 months in prison, to be followed by a 20-year term of supervised release.
According to court documents, Elley, Loveall, and other ABT gang members and associates agreed to commit multiple acts of murder, robbery, arson, kidnapping, and narcotics trafficking.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says that Kelcy sold, traded, and pawned several high-value military surplus items. Count Two of the indictment alleges that Kelcy also attempted to sell or pawn a Thompson Ramo Wooldridge M14 machine gun.
