On the Wednesday edition of the Chad Hasty Show, Councilman Todd Klein joined Chad in studio to give his thoughts on the latest coming out of city council.
The upcoming City of Lubbock budget, which will begin on October 1st, includes a three-percent across the board pay increase for City employees, coming out to around $3.8 million dollars.
On Friday's edition of Lubbock's First News, District 3 city councilman Todd Klein joined Allen Corbin and Rex Andrew to discuss all the latest news coming out of city council.
Some citizens, including two men that owned different printing businesses, spoke out against the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance for awarding $64,500 in incentives to Copy Craft Printers.
The Lubbock Water Advisory Commission approved a plan from Mayor Glen Robertson to lower base meter fees by 25% from 28 dollars per month to 21 dollars per month.
"I think that when Mr. Klein comes to council and is asking questions that are already in his back-up, that possibly he’s not prepared," Robertson said. "
