On Thursday, January 20th, the former Chief Financial Officer for the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group, Shane Smith, was sentenced to 7 years in prison.

On Tuesday, September 21st, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas denied Bart Reagor’s request to dismiss indictment charges against him.

The two remaining former employees of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group are set to testify for Bart Reagor during trial in October.
