Carruth will now appear on the November ballot as the Republican candidate for Lubbock County Court at Law #3. She is currently the Lubbock County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4

Next week, the Lubbock County Republican Party Executive Committee will vote on the ballot replacement for Lubbock County Court at Law #3
