Within the last decade, enrollment has increased more than 25 percent.

The 6,879 square-foot chapel seats around 250 people, and features the Spanish Renaissance architectural style used by many of the buildings around the Texas Tech campus.

The Hance Chapel, located between University Avenue and the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center, took more than $3 million to build, primary from funds donated by Texas Tech Chancellor Kent Hance.
