2019 Ironman 70.3 Lubbock

Registered athletes must attend a briefing on Saturday, June 29th at 4 p.m. at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center and then meet Sunday, June 30th, at Dunbar Lake at 5:30 a.m.

On Sunday, June 30th, the Ironman will begin at 6:30 a.m. It will have a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike course, and a 13.1 mile run through and around the Texas Tech campus.
