Sophia Campa-Peters tweeted big news and updated us from her new YouTube channel. It's great to see this brave young girl doing so well seven months after major brain surgery.

After suffering four massive strokes by age 6 due to a disease that causes blood vessels in her brain to slowly close, Sophia is now on the road to recovery following major brain surgery in January 2018. Now, she's looking forward to the simple things many young girls do -- like vacation bible school and family trips.

Lubbock quickly fell in love this sweet girl from Brownfield, Texas. Her request for 10,000 prayers when she faced incredible odds in surgery last January brought her national attention, including a trip to Washington, D.C. for the National Prayer Breakfast, well-wishes from President Trump and way more than the 10,000 prayers she wished for.

Sophia's amazing spirit and faith have prevailed and she continues to inspire us with her bright smile and positive message. She's looking for 10,000 viewers, and no doubt she will exceed her goal!
