Kenedi Bender, a 6 year-old girl, died as a result of a head-on collision in Clovis, New Mexico, last month.

The Clovis Police Department reports the crash happened near 21st Street and Dominion Way just before 3 p.m. on December 6th.

It’s said three vehicles were involved in the crash; the driver of a white Chevrolet pickup struck a black GMC SUV, which then collided with a red 2021 Jeep Wrangler in which the child was a passenger.

The 6 year-old along with two of the drivers were taken to Plains Regional Medical Center. There the child was pronounced dead from blunt force head and neck trauma. The injuries the drivers suffered were described as arm, neck, and chest pains.

As of this time, no charges have been filed.
