Silver Spur Gun And Blade Show This Weekend in Lubbock – Kim Sansom [INTERVIEW]

On Friday's edition of The Chad Hasty Show Kim Sansom joined Chad in the KFYO studio to share information about the Silver Spur Gun and Blade Trade Show taking place in Lubbock this Saturday and Sunday, July 27 & 28, 2019 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.

The family friendly show has many new vendors, and there are offerings for every interest. Show hours are Saturday 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. and Sunday 10:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M.

Admission is $7 for adults, and children under 12 are free. Specials include two for one tickets available during the first hour of both days, as well as active military and NRA members with ID.

Also, for the first time at this show, Texas' hunter education course (required for every hunter born on or after Sept. 2, 1971) will be available at no cost. Advanced registration for the course is required.

About the show's partnering with Texas Parks and Wildlife to offer the course for children, Sansom said,

It's a great way that we can give back to the community, because we are paying for each one of these kid's courses.
