Should the City of Lubbock Have Tornado Sirens? [POLL]

It's Spring in Lubbock which means you can count on a few things. Warmer temps, severe weather alerts, and the debate over tornado sirens. Lubbock doesn't have tornado sirens and many in the city believe it's a basic safety element that Lubbock is missing. Those opposed to sirens say the technology is old and a waste of money.
