
Winter Storm Alert: Lubbock-Area School and Business Closures Monday, January 26
It may have taken a bit longer for the winter storm to really get going this weekend, but Saturday into Sunday saw additional sleet and slow on top of what the Lubbock area saw Friday into Saturday.
And since Lubbock is not expected to get above freezing until Tuesday, Monday is turning into a day off for many area students.
Below is a list of schools and other businesses that have announced that they are closed on Monday, January 26. This is not a complete list. We will update this list as more announcements are made. Please check with you individual school and daycare about their plans.
