Reynolds Wrap Wants to Pay Someone $10,000 to Travel and Eat Ribs
Do you love traveling? Do you love ribs? Do you love $10,000? If the answer to those questions is 'yes,' then you might be interested in becoming the 2019 Chief Grilling Officer.
Reynolds Wrap, the aluminum foil company, is bringing back the "job" in 2019.
According to Thrillist, the job pays $10,000, and Reynolds Wrap will take care of travel expenses and hotels for the winner and a guest of their choice. The plan is to send the Chief Grilling Officer to some of the best BBQ cities in the nation to find the best ribs in the United States.
Kari Blanks of Oklahoma was the 2018 CGO and was able to visit Dallas, Austin, Kansas City, Memphis, and Nashville.
In return for the money, hotel, and of course food, Reynolds Wrap just wants you to share BBQ tips, grilling techniques, and photos while you eat tasty ribs.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you need to do to sign-up, and you better act fast:
If the job sounds like a fit for you, submit a photo of yourself grilling your favorite recipe along with 100 words on why you’re the best person for the job by emailing careers@ReynoldsWrapCGO.com.
