Randy Travis Hospitalized in Critical Condition

A notable country singer is in critical condition at a Texas hospital.

According to WFAA Dallas, 54-year-old Randy Travis has been hospitalized for treatment of viral cardiomyopathy, a heart condition.

Travis was hospitalized on Sunday, July 7^th.

Travis had made headlines last year after getting into a fight in a church parking lot in August of 2012 while intoxicated.

He was also arrested on August 7^th, 2012, when police found him reportedly intoxicated and naked after crashing his car near his home in Tioga, Texas.
