
Preventing Alzheimer’s Disease : Healthy Heart, Healthy Brain?
According to Shannon Ramos of the Alzheimer’s Association, there seems to be a connection between certain health problems and Alzheimer’s disease.
“Alzheimer’s is more prevalent in people who have heart disease. It’s more prevalent in people who are overweight, who don’t have a healthy heart. So the only thing we can endorse right now for prevention of Alzheimer’s is what is good for your heart is good for your brain.”
