A study regarding a possible performing arts center in the Hub City will be presented next week.

Garfield Traub Development, a public development firm, will present their findings regarding a new Lubbock performing arts center on Tuesday, April 9th.

The event will be held at the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts, located at 511 Avenue K. The evening will begin with cocktails at 5:30 p.m. in the Christine Devitt Exhibit Hall, and the presentation of the study will begin at 6 p.m in the Firehouse Theatre.

The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Foundation Board oversaw the study, and information was contributed by the Imagine Lubbock Together Committee.
