Phillip Hays Discusses His Campaign for 99th District Court

Phillip Hays joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday to discuss his campaign in the Republican Primary for the 99th District Court.
Hays touted his resume in both private practice and when he served as Judge for Lubbock County Court at Law #3. Hays was appointed to Lubbock County Court at Law #3 by Lubbock County Commissioners but lost the election in 2018 to the late David Nelson.
Nelson told KFYO his experience before that election and since that election with civil cases make him a good candidate for the 99th District Court.
