There are some cases in which the customer isn't always right. Especially when it involves bringing a fussy, crying child to an upscale restaurant.

Mike Vuick, owner of McDain's Restaurant and Golf Center in Monroeville, Pennsylvania is banning children under 6 years old from eating at his restaurant. Vuick explained that, while he has nothing against babies, he feels that the screaming, crying kiddos are "the height of being impolite and selfish" and doesn't want them in his restaurant.

Naturally, this decision has upset a few parents. But, if remember correctly,  service industries like restaurants have the right to refuse service to anyone. And that would include noisy babies, right? If he wants to ban kids from his restaurant, I say let him. And if the parents don't like it, I'm sure there's plenty of other places they can bring their kids to.

So, what do you think? Do you side with the owner's ban on noisy tots?
