Texas Tech Police Arrest Non-Student for Indecent Exposure on Campus

Monday afternoon (Feb. 19), Texas Tech Police arrested a man on campus for indecent exposure.

Police say 22-year-old Jonathon Phillip Lopez (pictured above) exposed himself. Lopez is not a student, and was issued a criminal trespass warning from all Texas Tech University property.

KAMC News reports, Lopez was arrested in the 1600 block of Flint Avenue for indecent exposure, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center on bonds totaling more than $20,000.
