Now you have even more reason to enjoy a good cup of fresh-brewed coffee in the morning.

A new U.S. study shows that women who drink 4 cups of coffee a day are 20 percent less likely to develop depression. The study studied coffee consumption in more than 50,000 women over a period of 10 years, and showed that those who drank a lot of coffee were at a much lower risk of developing depression than those who rarely or never drink coffee.

And it's not just limited to coffee. Scientists also found similar results in women who consume other caffeine-laden products, such as chocolate and carbonated soft drinks. In addition, another study by the same group showed that coffee may also lower the risk of Parkinson's disease in both men and women.

I don't know about you, but all of this sure makes a nice cup o'joe sound good to me.
