“I will vote to hold Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.”

That was  the word from Rep. Randy Neugebauer on Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, announcing how he will vote when the House decides whether or not to hold the attorney general in contempt of congress.   Holder has been accused of not cooperating in the investigation of the  Fast and Furious affair.

“I think he is in contempt of congress,” Neugebauer said.  “ I think the president getting into the this fray makes this a lot more interesting issue.  Declaring executive privilege here…the only reason you would declare executive privilege is if the president was having some dialogue with the attorney general about this.”  Neugebauer said there have been conflicting reports about what the president knew about Fast and Furious.
