Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, Washington Times columnist and political analyst Matt Mackowiak joined the show to talk about the temporary ban on immigration and refugees from certain "terror hot-spot" nations and the resulting protests, as well as President Trump's short-list for the next U.S. Supreme Court Justice.

During the discussion on the refugee ban and protests of the action, Mackowiak said,

Keep in mind one last thing here Chad, the Obama administration did a six-month pause on refugees from Irag in 2011. I don't remember  protests, I don't remember hyperventilating, so you have to look at some of this and say there's some politics being played here.
